Biography
Hi, I'm Bobby Raymond. Training and nutrition have been a passion of mine for the last 9 years as I initially sought to improve my performance as a college soccer player, and now as I work to live the healthiest most successful life possible. The lessons I learned playing soccer at high levels as a youth, in college, and professionally have given me a unique perspective on what it takes to be successful in sports and in life. My background in psychology keeps me aware of the mental components that impact exercise and lifestyle. Since then my passion for fitness and physical improvement has led me to learn about things like physiology and biomechanics, but also nutrition, acupuncture, and massage. In this way I feel uniquely qualified to help athletes find solutions to any physical problems as a consultant who has a broad base of knowledge. I enjoy pushing my own limits of physical performance and I take pride in walking the walk with my own fitness. I know that I can help you reach new levels of performance, health, and understanding through fitness.
